You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to collect and share data uploaded to the platform, including driver or vehicle data.
MechByte may use anonymized and aggregated data for analytics, benchmarking, and service improvement.
6. Privacy & Data Protection
Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and process personal data in compliance with Saudi PDPL.
By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree to the Privacy Policy.
7. Third-Party Integrations
The Services may integrate with third-party devices, platforms, or services (such as GPS hardware, IoT sensors, or APIs).

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
